Home base for us is 1320 Sidney Baker Street in Kerrville, an easy pull off I-10 and SH-16, minutes from downtown, Louise Hays Park, and the James Avery campus. Planning a summer visit? A storm can boil up over the Guadalupe out of nowhere and drown a low crossing, so phone first and we will keep a body at the office rather than out on a rig. Truth be told, dropping by seldom proves necessary, since for a full-house estimate we would sooner tour your place in person.
